Interactions

Physical

Physical interaction with Sum1
Sum1, a repressor of middle meiotic genes, was found to interact with Hst1 by coimmunoprecipitation. A neomorphic allele of Sum1 (Sum1-1) also interacts with Hst1. Hst1 is a histone deacetylase, and it is required for repression of some Sum1 targets. [3] [7]
