Description of tA(UGC)L: tRNA-Ala (Ala2), one of 5 nuclear tRNA genes containing the tDNA-anticodon TGC (mature tRNA may be UGC or may contain modified bases), decodes GCA and probably GCG codons into alanine, one of 16 nuclear tRNAs for alanine[1][2]
