Description of YOR308C: Component of the U4/U6.U5 snRNP complex involved in pre-mRNA splicing via spliceosome; has homology to human SART-1 and to an S. pombe protein; snu66 null mutation confers cold-sensitivity but is not lethal at normal growth temperatures[1][2]
