Poulsen et al. 2005 report an error in the systematic reference sequence for SSY5/YJL156C. There is an extra A in codon 685 (GAC) that should not be present in the sequence. SGD curators have corrected the sequence as necessary. Deletion of the A results in a frameshift that makes the Ssy5 protein 12 amino acids longer than previously annotated.
