Allele: ndc80-dt
Other Topic: degron tagged mutant
Strain Background: W303a
Genotype: 3053 MATa ura3-1 leu2-2,112 his3-11,15 trp1-1 ade2-1 ndc80-dt :URA3 PGAL10-UBR1:HIS3
Phenotype(s): Loss of function (Null), Recessive, Temperature(Heat) Sensitive
Degron tagged ndc80 mutants are spindle checkpoint proficient. Mutants arrest in mitosis under restrictive conditions when protein is eliminated. Phenotype similar to ndc80-1 missense mutant. [3] [7]
