Phenotype(s): Loss of function (Null), Recessive, Temperature(Heat) Sensitive

Degron tagged ndc80 mutants are spindle checkpoint proficient. Mutants arrest in mitosis under restrictive conditions when protein is eliminated. Phenotype similar to ndc80-1 missense mutant. [3] [7]
